Mansion LLC provides access to luxury locations in LA for film. Mansions and high-end residential properties are among the most frequently used settings in vertical short drama. Each property under Mansion LLC is offered to vertical short drama teams at competitive day rates. All locations will be equipped with IntelliSet™ — a proprietary package integrating Hollywood-standard DMX lighting control, Hollyland wireless communication, live streaming capability, and professional DIT services.
Chill Studio Productions
CEG’s expansion into full-scale vertical short drama production service is a direct extension of what we have already built. Equipment and location rental represent two of the largest cost inputs in any short drama production. CEG owns both, operates both, and when it produces, it sources both at cost.This internal cost structure produces a per-production economics profile that third-party production companies — paying market rates for equipment and locations from separate vendors — cannot match on price, speed, or coordination.
Fire Mountain Rental LLC
Fire Mountain Rental LLC was established to position CEG in the high-end equipment rental market. The company is currently in setup, with its core strategy built around a cross-border inventory pipeline. China's domestic film market has contracted in recent years, resulting in a significant surplus of premium cinema equipment is underutilized relative to available supply. Fire Mountain Rental has reached an agreement with one of China's largest equipment rental houses to source that surplus inventory and deploy it in Los Angeles, where demand for high-end gear remains strong.
